Professional teachers: Study of ICT capabilities and research competencies in urban and rural?

This study aims to examine ICT competencies, research and teacher professionalism. The method used is a mixed method.This was conducted on urban rural residents. instruments are competency questionnaires, questionnaires that measure professionalism interview instruments. Based the results of data analysis, it known there relationship between professionalism, competence competence. finding simultaneously professionalism.
